Tom Tipton, owner of Out of the Blue Too Gallery, poses with his dog XO at the gallery's new location of 14 Harvard Ave. For 22 years prior to this past August, Out of the Blue had been located in Cambridge on Brookline St., operating as a space for artists to sell their work, practice, perform and create. Tipton moved the gallery to Allston due to the rising rents in Cambridge and ended up with a space 12 times as large as the last. He is now able to host small concerts, dance recitals and the work of over twenty artists. Tipton says that he intends to "give everyone a chance" and that people who want their work featured need only wander in to ask for that chance.
